Leadership with Integrity – Solo Program

Leaders who undertake this program are experiencing one or more of the following tragic leadership and organizational patterns. These are but some of the impacts we aim to disrupt with the Leadership with Integrity – Solo Program:

  • Emergence of politics at work, this can take one of two forms:
    • Part of the leader’s job is to manage their leader’s ego and need to “look good” rather than focusing their effort, energy, and talent on “being good” together.
    • Alternatively, political behaviours may be directed towards the leader, and the leader senses that delegates are unable to speak candidly and openly with them. The leader is concerned they are “drowning in their own opinion”.
  • Poor or weak decision-making.
    • The leader or leadership team makes decisions without clarity, very late, or based on an incomplete or inaccurate view of the current state of the business.
    • Delegates don’t follow directions, even when the leader believes that direction has been clearly given.
  • Employee disengagement. Leaders may experience this in various forms:
    • The most privileged and confident employees are seeking ‌employment elsewhere.
    • The most vulnerable employees are doing whatever is needed to keep their jobs and tend towards compliance and cooperation more than collaboration.
    • The most vocal employees are very critical or suspicious of leadership. Trustworthiness is strained.
  • The leader and leadership team are exhibiting reputational risks.
    • This can shake the confidence of investors and customers, not to mention the communities in which such leaders operate.

Leadership with Integrity – Solo Program is a 1:1 leadership coaching program that enables mission-integrated leaders to . Outcomes and key activities delivered from this offering include:
