Act 2: Conscious Power With Integrity (For Teams)

Slow, detached decision-making threatens the company’s reputation and overall bankability – investors and board members take note.

The Conscious Power With Integrity is a leadership team coaching journey designed to disrupt these tragic patterns. We help your leadership team to transition away from superficial workplace politics so you can lead with relevant transparency, clear authority, and genuine trust.

Through this program, we break down your core leadership drivers and transform how you wield power:

  • Pinpoint the Friction: Conduct a focused intake to pinpoint exactly where trust, communication, or integrity are currently feeling strained in your environment.
  • Map Your Unconscious Drives as a Team: Map each leader’s Enneagram profile to identify leadership styles – then make sense of how you show up as a team. You will build awareness of the “tragic patterns” and typical missteps your team’s individual and collective profiles tend to make under pressure, along with strategies to avoid them by supporting each other as leaders.
  • Balance Personal vs. Positional Power: Master the critical line between advising teams and directing them – create alignment on this across your leadership team. You will learn to hold the heavy responsibility of positional power consciously and consistently – ensuring your teams feel safe enough to speak candidly and openly when you are in the room.
  • Solidify the Way Forward: Establish sustainable, daily integration practices so you can continue leading with integrity as a team long after the program ends.

Time Commitment: 8 hours per leader for the individual coaching programs, plus four 3-to-4-hour working sessions for the full leadership team.
Format: Delivered entirely remote over Zoom. In-person delivery of working sessions also possible.
The Team’s Commitment: Success requires candour, a willingness to examine internal leadership habits, prompt attendance, and a dedication to undertake agreed-upon practices.
