🎯 What You Will Achieve

This program balances deep strategic alignment with real-world execution across five distinct phases:

1. Identify Issues and Impacts: We partner with a designated strategy leader on your team to map out your current state, align on session logistics, and clarify your team’s specific goals and concerns.

2. Define Your Strategy: A focused “strategy bootcamp” where your team aligns on organizational mission, vision, and values to build a unique, differentiating strategy.

3. Streamline Your Focus: We surface all current key activities as well as risks and issues. Your team maps them against the new strategy to build a clear, actionable list that clarifies: what’s in, what’s out, and what’s unresolved.

4. Integrate the Way Forward: We address the operational and stakeholder impacts of pausing or stopping non-strategic work, establish clear performance indicators to track your strategic progress, and update your team working agreement.

5. Reflection and Recommendations: A final follow-up with your team’s strategy leader to evaluate the impact of the sessions and provide customized recommendations to ensure your team holds its new strategy with conviction.

🛠️ Logistics and Commitment

Time Commitment: 3 to 4 hours total for prep/debrief sessions with your strategy lead, plus three 3-to-4-hour working sessions for the full leadership team.
Format: Delivered entirely remote over Zoom. In-person delivery of working sessions also possible.
The Team’s Commitment: Success requires candour, a willingness to examine internal leadership habits, prompt attendance, and a dedication to undertake agreed-upon practices.
