“Quick Shift” Coaching for Leaders
Struggling with a workplace relationship? Grappling with giving feedback to a peer, delegate, and/or your boss? Unclear how to approach a difficult topic at work? Feeling overwhelmed in your role (e.g. new promotion, new role, new team, new mandate) and not sure where to begin?
You bring your tricky situation to our first session, and we’ll work together to ensure you prioritize being good while doing good in your own way.
What You Will Achieve
Through a blend of deep self-awareness and practical execution, we will explore new ways of being and doing…
π± Clarify Current Way and Impacts
Clarify goals and concerns. Understand the full impact of your tricky leadership situation.
π± Define A New and Updated Approach (and Try It)
Work together to establish an approach to the current situation – one that balances being good while doing good and that works within your unique leadership style and capabilities.
π± Integrate the Way Forward
Debrief how the practice worked out and establish a “new way” forward to maintain your specific “being good while doing good” leadership practice.
